Bio: I coached as a Head coach at the recreational and competitive level. Ages range from U9 – U16.

Playing experience: I started playing soccer in Sri Lanka at the age of 4. Kicking a coconut around with my brother and his friends. I moved to the US in 1984 and played in middle school in El Centro, CA. At the age of 15 I moved to Sigonella, Sicily, there I played Varsity soccer for the Sigonella Jaguars on the all male team my Freshmen and Sophomore year. While playing for the Sigonella Jaguars I traveled to Rome, Naples, Aviano, and Brindsi. Then moved to Goose Creek, SC and played soccer for Goose Creek high on the Varsity boy’s team. My senior year I played for a women’s navy soccer team in downtown Charleston. I have played in many 3 v 3 tournaments in Atlanta, GA and Greenville, SC, Co-ed and women’s. I have been on a women’s team for about 10 years now and we play, 6 v 6, 11 v 11 and indoor soccer in West Ashley, SC. I have also played in a co-ed adult soccer league in Summerville, SC. I have coached my team’s to many Undefeated seasons and many championship games. I have severed as a Director of Coaching and now serve as the GCU Soccer Club Asst. Director of Coaching.
