Bio: Coach Cisco started coaching in Puerto Rico in 1986 and has provided instruction at multiple levels of recreational and competitive level soccer. Now moving into his 22nd year of youth soccer involvement, his experience has reached many local soccer organizations and High Schools including Berkeley HS, Goose Creek HS, Stratford HS, and Pinewood Prep.

Playing experience started in Philadelphia, PA and continued at the Jacksonville Soccer Club in Florida. He played High School soccer in Puerto Rico. Competed in the Charleston Division 1 & 2 Outdoor and Indoor Men's Leagues 1988-1992. Played and coached on a regional Navy team in California 1995. Also did a short time of refereeing while stationed in California after attaining his FIFA license. Continued play in the Charleston Division 1 & 2 Indoor Men's Leagues 1998-2002.
Coach Cisco received a Volunteer Service Medal in 1995 from the US Navy for my time volunteering as a youth coach, referee, and administrator in youth soccer. He was also received the SCYSA's South Carolina Girl's Coach of the Year award for 2002. Coach Cisco is now serving as the GCU Soccer Club Director of Coaching
