Effective July 1, 2010, all GCU Training Sessions will be held at The Casey Center off Old Moncks Corner Road in Goose Creek. Coaches call ADOC Pina in regards to setting up a training schedule.

Tuesday U14 Boys Conditioning Sessions from 6:00pm till 8:00pm. U16 Boys from 6:30pm till 8:00pm.
Wednesday U10 Boys and U12 Boys Conditioning Sessions from 6:00pm till 8:00pm.
Thursday U18 Boys Conditioning Sessions from 6:00pm till 8:00pm. U9 Boys and U10 Girls from 5:30pm till 7:00pm.
Friday U16 Boys Conditioning Sessions from 6:30pm till 8:00pm.
Saturday U14 Boys Conditioning Sessions from 9:00am till 11:00am.
